Why do Connect Groups exist?
Connect Groups have one, simple purpose: to bring people together. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others and only then can we live the full life He intends for us. Sharing life through community is part of our design, but meaningful relationships aren’t always easy to find. That’s why Connect Groups exist—to make these life-changing relationships accessible to you.
What are Connect Groups?
A Connect Group is a gathering where you can connect with others who share your interests, who are at a similar stage in life, or who have experience in an area where you would like coaching. We can help you find a small group in your area or that would suit your interests best, from teenage Connect Groups, young adult Connect Groups to adult Connect Groups we can help you find somewhere to belong.
Why should I join a Connect Group?
It is through doing life together that our problems become smaller and God uses others to bring healing, support and encouragement to our lives—whether we realise we need it or not. Your small group will quickly become a place where others don’t just know your name, but care about what is happening in your life. It’s a wonderful environment where we can learn about the word of God, get to know each other, form real friendships, eat great food together and pray for one another and the surrounding community. God designed us to live in community together as a family and it is a great thing to experience for yourself.
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Growth Track
What is Growth Track?
Growth Track is an introduction to next steps, family and community.
Gateway Church Geelong Growth Track offers the information and experiences necessary to develop you into a fully devoted follower of Christ. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your final destination in ministry in all the spheres of your life, Growth Track will lead you through a step-by-step process of healing, growth and leadership in the three core areas that make up our lives, Spiritually, Emotionally and Physically.

Growth Track Schedule
Gateway Growth Track runs for four consecutive weeks following your chosen start date.
PART 1: What is Gateway all about?
Learn about the mission, vision and values of Gateway.
PART 2: Essentials
Guiding you through the essential beliefs that every fully devoted follower of Christ needs.
PART 3: Discovery
Discover your personality, gifts and purpose in life and see how God combines them for the best fit in ministry.
PART 4: Serve in a Team
Learn how you can be a part of a Gateway Team and how you can contribute to mission with purpose.
Kids
Sunday Mornings
(Prep – Grade 5)
During our Sunday morning services we provide quality, age specific programs that are both relevant interactive music and Bible teaching frameworks that both presents Jesus and connects with relevance to the children. You can be confident that your child is well cared for and having a great time learning about God while you worship.
For the safety of your child and everybody involved, we require that every child is enrolled in our system. This allows us to best care for each child.
Youth
Friday Nights
(Highschool)
Gateway Youth is the highschool program of Gateway Church Geelong.
Gateway Youth meets every Friday night during the school term, 7PM – 9PM (unless stated otherwise).
Gateway Youth aims to provide a safe place for teenagers to have fun, meet awesome friends and talk about faith. We believe that Jesus is relevant in the 21st century, although the way we do things might look different to what it was like in the old days!
Young Adults
18 - 35 Years
Every month we gather together socially, participating in a different activity every month. Our aim is to provide an environment to cultivate true and authentic friendships.
We also meet fortnightly in Connect Groups specifically for young adults.
